Items to note:
1. Every player will receive 1 Team Pac as part of their registration - if you wish to order ADDITIONAL photos, you must bring the order form, filled out along with payment.
2. You must be 5 minutes early to guarantee your child gets their photo taken. Every player will have an individual and a team photo taken.
3. If you order something requiring an ACTION shot, your player will need to take an action shot as well. (P = posed; A = action)
4. Photos are being taking at RIVERVIEW MIDDLE SCHOOL - north of the playground there. (165 Athabasca Ave.)
5. Your player is to wear their jersey, black shorts, shin pads and black socks (overtop of the shin pads). If you haven't received a jersey yet, your coach will have one for you.
6. COACHES please bring extra jerseys (1. for any player that doesn't have one. 2. to return to Admin or Photo Coordinator)
7. Please have players stand with their coach to wait for photos to begin.
8. Your team has a game immediately following photos back at your normal fields.
